Our VIP shuttle takes the closed-to-the-public route down Hartsburg Hill and drops you at the front gate. Park in Ashland, hop on, and ride as often as you like.

VIP route down the hill
Hartsburg Hill is closed to the public during the festival. Our buses drive straight down it.
Dropped at the entrance
You step off right at the very entrance of the festival. No long walk in or out.
Everyone rides easy
Strollers, wheelchairs and walkers are all welcome on board.
Ride all day
One ticket covers unlimited trips up and down the hill for the day.

How it works
Buy online
Pick your day or the weekend pass. Your confirmation email is your ticket.
Park in Ashland
Park anywhere in the shared lot at the primary and elementary schools, 803 and 809 S Henry Clay Blvd, Ashland, MO.
Check in at the tent
Find our tent by the circle drive and show your confirmation on your phone or printed.
Hop on
Buses pick up right at the circle drive. Come and go as many times as you like.
Shuttle schedule
Two buses rotate all day. If one isn't waiting, the next will be along shortly.

What do I show at check-in?
Your purchase confirmation email, on your phone or printed. We match it to our rider list at the tent.
Can I go back and forth during the day?
Yes. Ride up and down the hill as many times as you like on the day of your ticket.
Can I bring a stroller, wheelchair or walker?
Absolutely. All three are welcome on the shuttle.
Do my kids need tickets?
Children 5 and under ride free. Please add a free kids ticket for each one so we have an accurate count. Ages 6 and up need a paid ticket.
What if it rains?
The festival goes on rain or shine, and so do we.
Can I buy a ticket at the tent?
Yes, tickets are $10 at the tent. Buying online lets you skip that line.
